I am a First Nation Barada Elder and the founder of Soulavita Wellness Studio.

I have over two decades of trusted experience as a holistic wellness practitioner, specialising in private 1:1 sessions, corporate wellness, team building workshops and monthly group Sound Immersions.

Receiving a biofield tuning or sound wellness treatment allows your body to re-harmonize, expanding your consciousness in a very relaxing, safe, peaceful and profound way.

I believe that every person has the ability to heal themselves of physical & emotional pain through the medicine of sound healing.

When you feel strong in mind, body, and spirit, you let go of fear and start living your life in harmony with the divine universal energy.
