Aloha! I'm Heidi Lea and joyfully share this dance with tuning forks and the use of coherence for balancing and releasing trauma, stress, pain, or stuck energy from the past, to allow one's body to reside in a place of self-discovery with nature's ease and joy.

I've been supporting wellness throughout my life practicing various yoga, dance, meditation, naturopathic, and rites of passage alignments. I reside in the ahupuaʻa of Kaeleku in Hāna, East Maui, Hawai'i.
